Bringing together state, regional and federal policymakers, this event marked the first meeting of the three regional greenhouse gas reduction groups (RGGI, WCI, Midwest Accord). The workshop was co-hosted by the Georgetown Climate Center, the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, the National Association for Clean Air Agencies (NACAA), and the Pew Center on the State.

Keynote speakers included EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson and Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle.
