These explainers are part of GCC’s efforts to help state officials and stakeholders understand how recent federal actions may affect state policies and programs related to clean energy, climate change, and climate adaptation. Our goal is for these explainers to remain useful and accurate in a rapidly changing landscape, so we will be updating them as needed.
