"The US intends to issue key guidance on claiming a new tax credit for hydrogen production by the end of the year, even if a government shutdown intervenes, US Treasury Climate Counselor Ethan Zindler says.
'Our intention is to get this done by the end of the year, and we’re going to try to stick with that,' Zindler says at the Greentech Conference at the Georgetown Climate Center, when asked about the potential for a lapse in government funding."
