New York Times: Numerous states prepare lawsuits against Obama’s climate policy

Vicki Arroyo spoke with the New York Times about the legal outlook for the Clean Power Plan, as the rules were published today in the Federal Register. In its article, the Times explained that as many as 25 states will join influential business groups in legal action to block the climate change regulations. However, most states, including several that are involved in legal action, are also developing plans to comply with the rules. As Vicki told the Times, “It’s really rare to find a state that just says, ‘Hell no.’”
