NPR: After Big Storms: Rebuild Or No?

The NPR radio program On Point interviews Jessica Grannis, a staff attorney for the Georgetown Climate Center, about ways coastal communities can prepare for climate changes in the wake of big storms like Hurricane Sandy.  Her interview begins at around the 19 minute mark of the program.
